The sign in Porat will direct you towards a pleasant walk or bike ride to the cross that is 1.5 kilometres away and from which, on a sunny day, a breath taking view over part of the Kvarner Bay and the Town of Rijeka extends.

The cross is actually one of the organised stations of the Way of the Cross, set in 2000, as written by Petar Trp, as a form of gratitude.
