Close to Dobrinj, in the village of St. Vitus, stands the church of the same name, which is the pride of the people of Dobrinj and Vrbnik, with its beautiful stone bell tower. Namely, the donation of "the famous Dragoslav" dated January 1, 1100, speaks about the building and the place of this church with regard to Dobrinj and Vrbnik. This documentation makes these places the first to have traces in a written past thanks to St. Vitus.
